His session at Validate 2020, “Self-service Analytics: A Reporting Monkey's Utopia,” will focus on helping attendees to become confident analysts and trusted advisors by first becoming experts at reporting.

Simon is the Global Lead Digital Performance Management within Boehringer Ingelheim’s Animal Health Business Unit. In his role, Simon manages the Digital Analytics capability for the entire business unit which spans managing business processes, training, and delivering insights across all business segments (B2B & B2C) throughout all regions. As an analyst, he is driven by his passion to manage the interception of Business and IT and has a solid track record of enabling people, processes and platforms to establish analytics within marketing organizations. In addition, Simon lectures on Performance Marketing at two schools of applied science in Germany.
